Return and Exchange Policy
- Our return and exchange policy applies to regularly priced merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All jewelry, sunglasses, headbands, scarves and sale items are Final Sale.
- Returns and exchanges must be received at the address below within 10 calendar days of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the delivery confirmation receipt.
- All items must have the tags still on and be in original condition. This includes but is not limited to the following: alterations, perfume, makeup stains, animal scent, pet hair, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
- Shoeboxes must be returned in undamaged condition. Please place the shoebox in a larger box with all parts from the original box.
- Exchanges are limited to availability. If we no longer have the size and/or item you would like in stock, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost. We make every effort to help customers select the right size. We can send you exact measurements to help you with sizing.
* If a return is received after the 10 day period or does not meet the requirements stated above, the package will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact the Rowdy Rose Boutique by email at RowdyRoseBoutique@yahoo.com within two days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it will be considered wear and tear. (No Exceptions) If the item is damaged during wear or you do not notice damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item. Upon receiving the original item(s) purchased we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item, as long as the item is still available. If the item is not available you will receive a refund.
How do I send my item(s) back to exchange or receive a refund?
Inside of your shipment, you should have received a return form. Please simply fill out all of the information, package your item(s), including the return form and original invoice, and send it back to the Rowdy Rose Boutique. After we receive the item(s) and process the return, we will contact you and let you know the return is complete.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless you receive damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). We highly recommend insuring and using tracking on your return packages. The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. The Rowdy Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
